In genral you have to jab a litlte on the top so you could protect you self if someone tryed to punch you when you jab.
and many of your punchs make you exposed so it easy to counter you espacially on some point on the heavybags where you tryed to punch hooks like punchs.


you need to work on you stance and defense more and i didnt see any straight punchs.

anyways, i got annoyed so i put on the gloves and i didnt do any roy jones ****...i had my gloves by my chin...they were like "ahaha, what a ***** covering his face"
