It is an excellent book. I've had it since June and it's added considerable variety to my workout routine. Infinite Intensity is a great book by Ross Enamait also, more oriented than Never Gymless, it acts as a perfect companion to NG. He backs his points up scientifcally which is good too. His medicine ball training book is another excellent volume, unfortunately out of print, I refer to it a lot. It does have some overlap with the other books, which I believe is why he took it out print, but it has plenty of info to remain a useful addition to anyone's training book library.

i dont have enough access to weights so i didnt get infinite intensity, but thats gotta be a good one too.
NG is the best money i ever spent on a book, lol.

I thought I would bring back this thread for anyone who might not have heard of this book. Never Gymless is an excellent book that I still refer to from time to time. I have never seen a better workout book in the stores than that and Infinite Intensity, also by Ross.
