    What Days Do You Train, And For How Long

    Monday- Use to be a off day for us, But now we just run on mondays. To build our endurance

    Tuesday- We train

    Wednesday- Off

    Thurday- We train, Then after that we normally do some light sparring

    Friday- We Train

    Saturday- We Sparr

    Training is for about 1hr n a half, unless you wanna stay longer. We start off With 2 rds of Skipping Rope, Then Might do a cpl rds shadow boxing, with and without wieghts...... Then we glove up, and do some focus mitt work... Then we finish off on the bags

    when i trained i my gym, it was pretty crowded so u only got about 2 days, maybe 3, with a trainer. SO i used a lot of my time just running. i used to run maybe 6 miles, 2x a day. and i would spar when i had my trainer with me.

    so i would train only 3 days a week. But i would work the speedbag, and heavybag alone, and i would run a ton, when i wasnt training hard with a trainer. And i would lift a lot of weights

      Training everyday, doing weights every second day for 2-3 hours, and the days im not doing wieghts im running, doing pushups, crunches, bag work, skipping etc.

        I train monday tuesday, thursday, friday, i run sunday, monday, wednsday and sometimes thursday or saturday.
