I asked this kid at the gym how'd he get so cut (his arms are like bruce lee's Lol) and he said he just eat alot of protein stuff, and bench press every now once in a while, but he mainly focuss on protein foods.
Im not sure if he was being honest with me or not, But i was wondering, How do you get CUT/RIPPED arms like this.........
Im trying to create that "ball" effect... I was thinking doing alotta reps with little weight (curls) and alot of push ups
