    Rookie here

    Well like it says im a rookie 16 about 6'1 and 245 well barely joined boxing have been wanting to do it for a longwhile and finally joined i start training next monday any advice tips opinions would be greatly apreciated. So let me hear em and thanks ahead of time.

      Try to be in halfway decent shape when you enter the gym. Go running and basic stuff like that. And don't stuff yourself like Butterbean.

            Just go in there and the most important thing you can do is listen to whatever your trainer tells you
