    What do you eat before you work out, fight, or do some hardcore boxing training?

    just curious , what gives the most energy ... i ate some crackers before my boxing training the other day and i felt pretty good ...

    what do you eat?

    noodles, preferably wheat, if you're broke, or in good enough shape to not care, go the ramen route. ingest 2hr before workout.
