Ok i want to go to a gym and do a boxing class where i can learn the basics so i can train at home on my bag better, problem is i am blind as a bat without my glasses on, and cant wear contact lenses which kinda limits me a bit lol, so i was just wondering if any guys that come from england know off any gyms that do Beginners classes and not have to do any sparing or anything like that. also should i do a bit of tranning like sit ups push ups etc before i go just to get my self in a bit better shape.
