Twice a week for me too. You should spar at least once per week to keep yourself sharp. If you spar once a month you are only hurting yourself. Sparring not only keeps you in reality, it gets you more comfortable in the ring.
2..3 times.. if it where up to me everysingle time i would go in da gym I would but my body dont let me (the other day after hard sparring sumthi nusually hurtin)
