So, every day I see people asking questions related to Weightlifting and Boxing. I figuire this will be very helpfull to everyone to see what other people do in terms of lifting weights to accompany boxing.

I reckon large amounts of push ups is better it can build power and speen.

i weight lift with low weights but high reps to stay maintained, 100 push ups 4 sets of 25, 100 sit ups 4 sets of 25,as many chin ups as i can do, hit the mits to get warmed up, then go rounds with the mitts, hit the heavy bag for rounds, jog for a couple miles, finish off with whey protein shake

I only do chins, dips and hundreds of pushups during the week. Never weights. I deadlift an old 70 lb. bag in between rounds on the heavybag and I do med ball throws for back and chest. Weights make me way too sore and stiff.
