    Those little whimps don't have the battle scars mate. Seasoned warriors do

    Keep sticking to the weights routine. 2 days/week of full body workouts will work. You're working early shifts atm and we've discussed this in person that we both know the best time to train is in the afternoons.

    The second you clock off, you should be driving to the gym.

    We're talking twice a week man, don't let me down.

              Seldom has been quite busy lately and has not had time to hit the weights.

              I have been working out for him and donating him some of Chi so that he can keep his strength up.
