Ok, your movements were a little robotic especially with the guard. It was like the guard was stuck to your face. When you roll, roll your hips in the direction you are rolling. So for instance, you roll/slip a jab by moving your right shoulder down towards your front left foot. By doing this your hip rotates in the same motion and you are torqued to get power behind your countershot.

Also the opponent is always looking at your hand. If its coming from the same point all the time, and always going back to the same point he can figure you out. Fire the shots from different angles. Not just a horizontal attack coming from your face etc. Mixed with that is the idea that feinting causes openings.

When your jabs were going back they were going back to your hips. I think he countered you once well with a good right hand, because he picked up on it. So bring it back quick straight to your chin.

Dont move in the same direction, and use explosive movements. So float out of range and then Boom! just fly in with a jab or a hook or something. When you are moving laterally (side to side) its harder for the opponent to hit you. And if your timing is perfect you may also step to the side as he has thrown a shot. If that happens its perfect for a counter, because you are diagonally in front of him, but his shot has come out directly in front of him. Just smack him with whatever shot feels most comfortable. Example step to your right, he throws a jab, smash a right in his face over his arm.

There were a few more things. But there is no need to say everything. Work on those and stick up another vid in a month or something, ill try help you from that point if you found what I said beneficial to your boxing. If you didnt, then drop my advice and just listen to the others.

The most important thing is you are gaining experience. You see what some of your weak areas are and hopefully learn from mistakes. Relax use your head, a lot of people hold there hands in different ways there is no textbook syle for every fighter, but do remember to keep the non punching hand up in a defensive position. Fighers look for that ****. They will capitolize on it every chance they get. Other than that work hard and keep it up.
