Cus D'mato, Angelo Dundee and Emanual Stewart have all said that in the morning you get a better temp, and cleaner air. You also get your body going for the day everything else is only doing you good. Fitness trainers will tell you it doesn't matter, I say wake your ass up get it out of the way and use the rest of the day on other things

If your weight's good, then I guess it wouldn't matter, but if you're trying to lose weight then morning is better. It raises your metabolism for the day instead of cranking it up right before you go to sleep.

Running in the morning builds discipline, more energy for later on in the day, cooler, and really quiet...

It's really hard for me to get going in the mornings. I find it helps if I lay my clothes for running out next to the bed so all I have to do is put them on when I get up and go. Waking up and seeing my running shoes next to the bed helps to keep me from hitting snooze.
