Hi, I am new to boxing. I just got a speed bag, heavy bag, and gloves and everything but if somebody gave me a routine or explained to me the best way to train that would be great.

How Should I Train?

I go to a PAL gym and they do training in 2 minutes then 30 second sprint then a 1 min rest. And that total amount of time is one round. What I do is jump rope for three rounds with no breaks, then shadow box for three rounds with one pound weights on my hands, then hit the bag for 5-8 rounds, then just a couple rounds on speed bag and I would get a double end bag and work on that to. That workout is three times a week and then I do my running on the off days.

If you have only a speed bag and heavy bag, work on both of them for 30-45 minutes. There isn't mroe to do since you have limited equipment, but working on them for 30 minutes straight is gonna be the best you can do.
