    quick question about losing body fat

    I know that burning fat and gaining muscle is all about what you eat, but quite frankly i don't have the time or the patience to count and measure everything i eat. I've been boxing for about 2-3 years and i've done well against most, but i feel that i need to get a little stronger to take on guys bigger than me, so i decided that i would do a little weight lifting along with my boxing training. But i also need to drop body fat. If i run 2 miles everyday, do train for boxing, and just do bench press, deadlifts, and squats can drop the body fat?

    If you do all that you can drop the bodyfat. But if you gain muscle without any fat, you're gonna have a higher lean body mass percentage and youre body fat is gonna drop since you have more muscle.

    If you want to get stronger punching power, work more on the heavybag.

        i forget to mention this, but i plan to do this everyday only taking off the weekend
