    days off?

    should i ever have a day off for myself, such as sunday, where i dont box or do anything?

    Yes you should. Recovery is as important as training.

      ahh, today ill do nothing but play video games and party; what a day of rest

        I have boxing training M-F so I rest on weekends.

        And every 3 months or so, it's good to rest for a whole week, good for the body.

              You grow most when you rest. That's why it's good to be up to par with nutrition as well and having same calories as you would on a training day.
