The padding in my bag

Its going to the bottom so all the padded is all too low, what can I do?

this is going to sound ****** but, take it down lay it on the ground and just take a baseball bat to it. just try and hit it from the bottom and straighten it all out. this is what my friend does, he had me help him with it just this weekend.
