here's some more sparring from last week that i forgot to upload, i have another 6 rounds i did on the weekend that i'll upload tomorrow, but i'm pretty unhappy with how i preformed in that spar. Not that happy with this one either.

Yes, I agree. Some more footwork is needed there, but not bad.
