Water in training???

    Water in training???

    I drink no more than half a liter of water per workout while I lose 2 to 3 kg of perspiration per workout. If I try to drink more water I feel weak in my body. I wonder how much water you drink during your workout?

    Just drink water, when you need a drink mate.

    It is complete commonsense, drink when you need a drink.

    I really don't think this is a intellectual discussion, your body has instincts and knows when it needs a drink.

        Hydrate gradually before the workout then take small drinks during as needed

                I used to drop 7 or 8 lbs when drying out per work out. Water is hugely important though for your body, especially when working out. Without it you can not build muscle. Drink whatever makes you feel good. If you are not fighting, with a weight drop to make, drink until you are satisfied. If you are not 'making weight' drink until you are happy and can still work out. Water, it's what the body is and what your body needs.........Rockin'

                    My training session are 2.5 hours , so for me , it's doing the job(i'm drink a gatorade bottle)
