    Boxing with anterior pelvic tilt

Hello, I have anterior pelvic tilt and just came across this question that I never thought of. My question is, in my boxing stance, should my upper body be in a perfect, straight alignment with my hips and sternum, similar to proper human posture? Of course with anterior pelvic tilt, this is hard to achieve. My hips and back naturally arch back while I’m boxing, idk if this is an issue for boxing or not. Refer below to see what I mean when I describe being in perfect alignment and posture, but think of it as in a boxing stance.

Do you feel like it's hurting your ability?

Not my technique no, but lately my lower back has been getting sore before anything else and I found out why.

Did you try a lower back brace? I use one since mine gets sore too.

Depends what you want, do you want women or do you want to be a boxer? Because your face is gonna get shunted up

I would advice the following stance, his hips are forward like yours but he maintains balance and a counter weight with his arms
