Every combination of everything is possible. There’s 7 billion people on the planet. There’s been enough boxers on film to see every thing every which way.

Yes , it's possible. There are some who will show you exactly what they are throwing before they even throw it. This gives you time to get out of the way of the punch. It's the quick and hidden, tiny moves, that will win you fights. Throwing long and less than text book, or telegraphed punches, will make you slow. It's all about what you can hide while trying to bust a guy up. Good form and proper technique will make you faster. It's not about how fast you actually punch, it's about not letting your opponent know what you are throwing until it's upside his head.

        Know what I mean? ..........Rockin'

There are two options. First - it's not a matter of speed, but coordination. And secondly, when you train isometric, you have the blast for a short time and then you burn out, so you see the lapse of coordination, because of fatigue. That's normal for the sarcoplasm hypertrophy, but I don't recommend that. It's for bodybuilders mostly.
