Just enough for leg drive?
Like in beginner class they teach all weight on one foot and then transfer all to the other foot as you rotate and back again, thats what I do, but I get the impression thats not what the pros do.
I get the impression they want more balance and less commitment? They almost become like martial artists like a Karate man with weight transfer?
