Currently, I alternate them. I run 4 miles on my strength and conditioning days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and jump rope for 15 minutes as a warm up on my boxing/sparring days. (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.) I am also preparing for a fight that is postponed until further notice, but I am staying in shape during this time. should they both be performed on the same days everyday?

Jumping rope is beneficial for warm up and gaining fitness. I often do reps daily, and run 5 miles after that. I often do jumping rope exercises whenever i plan to do exercise hard. Taking rest and letting muscles heal themselves is necessary for any kind of workout plan.

I go to my teammates garage. They continue their boxing training weekly with the fight team there.
