Ringside Elite free standing heavy bag

Hi all - I’m new here so apologies if this is the wrong place to post...

I’ve just taken delivery of a (pretty expensive) free standing punching bag. It strangely has a small 3mm hole in the leather on the top, kind of like a cigarette burn.

Do any other owners out there know of this is by design or is it a fault? Having paid a bit for it I don’t like the idea of it being damaged before even being used...

    Thank you all!!

Post a picture of the bag. And credit card information so we can prove you bought it.

That’s the special signature edition model by Matchroom Sports. Only one was made. Dillion Whyte used that hole for his behind the scenes workouts

Return it and get a real bag. Freestanding bags are utterly worthless unless you're in middle school

I second that they are junk. Waste of money. You got it for free I know but I still wouldn’t use it. By chance did it come with kids gloves??

OK well I’ll remove myself from this forum given the absolutely idiotic and unhelpful advice you’ve all provided. Calling yourselves a community is a joke - that would infer you actually help people who are seeking genuine guidance and support. Your collective level of wit is also very poor.

Probably not the place for you if you take yourself so seriously. The bottom line is that free standing bags are crap.

What advice are you looking for? You bought the gimmick and now you see how useless it is (along with most in this thread). What could make you feel better? Just a part of livin' and learnin'......Rockin'
