Using a car towing cable to hang a heavy bag

Can I use this towing cable to hang a heavy bag ?? Cable package says it can handle 7000KG and is of 12mm thickness I believe

The hanging process should look this way, if you have a better idea I’d be glad to hear it

My strap wore out and i was in a rush (a few months ago) so i used a piece of electrical wire wrapped a few times. Its still in use TO THIS DAY!

I tried using that once and it snapped on me.
