what are some good examples of pre & post workout meals?

Pre-workout I have a can of tuna fish and 1-2 packets of oatmeal. Post-workout I have 1-2 packets of oatmeal and 2 scoops of whey in water.

Pre workout - 2 packets of cinnamon roll instant oatmeal mixed with milk 30 mins beforehand.
Post - Protein shake and a glass of something with sugar, like Sunny D. Wait 45 mins or so and then eat some tuna or chicken and a couple of pieces of wheat toast.

Best post-workout drink:
Mix in a blender: one packet of Carnation Instant Breakfast, one banana, one tablespoon of peanut butter, and a glass of milk.
