Hey, I've learned alot from the bunch of ya'll who've helped me. It has motivated me and and this week I have run a mile each day and am shadowboxing and doing calisthenics but I have one problem. My right pec and delt is so much...more developed than my left side. I know it's not genetics becuz I've studied them and it definently has to do with uneven developement. Since I have froze my account at my gym(not boxing related) I do not have access to dumbells but have a pullup bar over my door. If ya'll got any tips to help my left side "catch up" to my right than I would greatly appreciate it and thank you.
