It’s all about diet. I hear red meat is a phenomenal source of protein.

Genetics? Hard work? Obvious Steak jokes? Why do you so badly want to look like these other men? Just be the best version of yourself you can be. Ugh I cannot think of a way to word that without sounding super corny like I'm some Instagram lifestyle goon.

I don't know about Canelo, but in my own experience crucifix lifting is the best method for increasing the bulk and definition of the shoulders.

Better many repetitions with lesser weights to really build and fortify the muscle. If you're disciplined and do that without lifting excessive weights (read: do not get hurt), the result will gradually arrive.

Increase the number of repetitions, not the weights. Switch to heavier weights only when you're breezing through your routine and do not feel like you're really training.

Sound advice imo. Strained muscles and injuries are discouraging and potential motivation killers. Use good form and less weight.
Maybe incorporate some shrugs and upright rows. The traps development complement the delts.

You're looking at what are often called "capped" delts - that bigger, rounded look. When bodybuilders get bigger, they sometimes call them "cannonball" delts. Anytime you're lifting weight for a specific look, you have to first identify which muscles are involved. Then find which exercises target those muscles. Then put in the work, paying attention to what works and doesn't work for you.

For shoulders like Canelo's you're looking primarily at the delts. There are three parts - the front (anterior), the side (lateral), and the rear (posterior) delts. The front and side delts will give you the size, but don't ignore the rear. Delts typically get worked doing various kinds of raises. But like Tababanya noted, shoulders are prone to getting strained, and a busted shoulder will throw off all kinds of other exercises. Take it slow and start with lower weights.

For specific exercises, look to Youtube. Lots of solid trainers posting there (but like anything, plenty of quacks and lemons, too). I really like the videos posted by John Meadows. He's a pro-bodybuilder, so obviously a very different approach than a boxing trainer will take, but he shows HOW to execute the lifts and also explains WHY he suggests certain lifts. His Youtube handle in MountainDog1.

I also like the Youtube channel Athlean-X, though I forget the fellow's name who posts. He'll give a slightly different take than Meadows, but again, he'll explain his reasoning for everything, which I appreciate hearing.
