    supplements for boxing

Can ya'll recommend any, like would creatine and protein still be needed. Also, whats a good bodyweight exercise for the shoulders?

i take animal pak and animal nitro. I don't like creatine, it feels too un natural to me, and wide grip pullups are an excellent shoulder bodyweight exercise

Creatine tends to be a bad idea if you are doing any extended aerobic exercise because of the water weight in your body. You'll feel more sluggish despite having energy. NO-Xplode is a good protein, along with Muscle Milk if your talking about post-workout stuff. As for bodyweight shoulder exercises: If you have good balance, inverted pushups are killer. Find a wall and do a handstand against it, then bend your arms down, press back up. Another one you can do (though its more of a total arm with ab exercise) is the Con-Air sit. Sit indian-style and put your palms on the ground with the knuckles of your fingers underneath your butt. Breathe out and lock out your arms so your body is off the ground, weight on your arms. Hope this helps.

I don't really take any supplements except some whey and a multivitamen. I've heard AnimalPak is OK, just expensive.

Pull-Ups do work the shoulder to an extent, but I'd worry about working the lats more on that but for shoulders, handstand pushups are great for shoulders.
