Anyone watch this movie on Netflix and what are your thoughts? I was shocked to see Arnold is now full vegan and denounced eating meat.? After seeing this I am thinking of trying it out.

I'ma check it out man. I had went totally vegan for 3 months last year and I did feel great but I did miss the taste of meat. But man I felt amazing when I stopped eating meat and focused on a vegan lifestyle.

I watched one video where a vegan claimed she got all her protein from vegetables and proceeded to eat on camera 5 pounds of lettuce. I did her math and found that I needed to eat something like 36 pounds of lettuce a day so I'm pass on that.

I get it man... never thought I'd be contemplating going vegan either but this movie is very convincing. Everyone I (personally ) know that has watched it is making the change. I recommend anyone who is remotely interested at least take the time to watch it

For more information consider listening to the 2 jow rogan podcasts about this movie, the 1st is a presumed expert debunkung it, the 2nd is the debunker vs the mma guy who made it having a science fight. Not sure what i believe anymore but I'm pretty sure a balanced diet is ideal and being a vegan wont make you a superhuman as the movie seemed to imply.

Maybe 1/2 substance and 1/2 exaggeration?

I’m trying to eat less meat and incorporate more sources of plant based protein but I’ve no intention of going vegan. Also, the meat I buy for home use is organic or wild aand doesn’t come from factory slaughter houses.

I think a mostly vegan diet can be good for health reasons.

But we are designed to eat meat, too. Just make sure it's clean meat, grass fed and organic. Not this factory farm stuff that is raised in horrible conditions and pumped full of antibiotics and other chemicals.

I remember Tim Bradley doing a vegan diet during training camps because it helped him maintain weight and he said it gave him more energy. But then later on he ditched that and started having steaks and chicken and fish because he felt it might prevent leg cramps and help him to be more resistant to injury.
