    Why is it.... (Not really a training in nutrition but close)

    Seriously, When a you go a couple days without ***ual intercource why do your muscles feel harder and you always feel dirty? Kind of like your hair is always dirty even 5 minutes after a shower. Are you really as strong as you feel or is it just the hormones that make you feel that way?

    I have no idea what you're talking about. I think you just have more energy and you feel stronger, faster, etc. from all the testosterone.

      I know EXACTLY 100% what you mean. My skin feels more oily, I sweat more, my facial hair grows more, I get angry more easily, I'm more aggressive, etc.

      It IS hormonal. And to answer your question.. "Are you really as strong as you feel or is it just the hormones that make you feel that way?" Normally YES, because your hormones have a HUGE impact on your strength.

      Put it this way... say a guy that doesnt even workout starts taking testosterone or a supplement that boosts testosterone levels (testosterone, which as i'm sure you know, is a male dominant androgenic HORMONE) he will get stronger. Hormones DO make you stronger and there are studies saying that when you are absent from any type of ejacultion (by whatever means ) for abouta week, androgenic hormones spike. I've noticed it myself, like if I ever did anything with my girlfriend and THEN went to the gym, i felt tired, weak, unmotivated, and just wanted to lay down.

        I think the energy level goes up. Makes it harder to sleep also.
