What is a good weight training regimen for say a middle-weight. Would just push-ups, chin-ups, sit-ups, dips, and burpees suffice or should I do anything else. Also, at what point of my workout should I do it. Any HELP would be appreciated.

I want to box and be in good shape, but I want to be defined. Like Winky Wright or Roy Jones or even Badi Ajamu, you know not like Carlos Baldomir.

Pull-Ups
Dips
Chin-Ups
Calve Raises
Squats
I do that 5x a week back to back in a circuit. And I do 10 circuits. My reps are different for each exercise. Calve raises I might do 10x500 while pushups are 10x30 and pull-ups are 10x8.
