    Feeling tired recently

I feel so tired these days and just can't train in the evenings with the same energy and motivation. I work in an office with lots of computer based work so maybe it's making me tired but since winter as hit I cannot be bothered.

I've also been craving carbs more and I eat too much junk. Maybe it's this seasonal depression messing with my head. Fighting again after Christmas.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

Peaks and valleys. You'll ride high off of your workouts some times and some times you will feel down, it's natural. Push through this down feeling and put your work in anyway. You'll be flying high again in no time. Just don't quit, persevere. Peaks and valleys my man, everybody has 'em...Rockin'

I'm quoting what Gervonta Davis posted on IG recently: "Slow grind better than no grind."

Also, at the risk of sounding like a corporate shill, I tried a Reign power drink before my workout today, and it really boosted me. It's amino acids and caffeine (a ton of caffeine), so it's a short-term fix for sure.

Maybe consider buying those vitamin D lightbulbs for Seasonal Affective Disorder?

I work in an office. Sometimes during breaks and lunch I go walk up and down the stairs with ankle weights on. Its about 50 mins of cardio, wakes me up + coffee. I do this on days I want to get out of the gym early and get more sleep. On days I dont walk the stairs, I drink Coffee before the gym. Take some zinc every night too!
