    Recovery between same day sessions?

How long time should be between explosive weightlifting or sprint intervals and boxing technique traning aka mitts, shadow boxing, bag work.

    No weights or sprinting on
    sparring days right?

And what type should be done first as a session?

I wouldn’t do explosive weight training if your boxing did you learn that muscles don’t win fights skills do . Look how muscular Jousha was yet he got knocked out by a Tubby

That all depends on your body. Ideally, you want to give muscle groups a chance to recover or you won't be making progress, you'll actually hinder yourself by over training. You'll know by the way your body responds. Over training not only wastes time, it can quickly lead to injuries that affect you forever.

Be sure to fuel up between sessions. Electrolytes, carbs, whey protein.

I used to do two sessions in the same day, too many injuries.

Seriously? Joshua is the best two handed puncher I the heavyweight division he made one mistake in the Ruiz fight that costed him the fight... he got clipped high on the head and never recovered.

As an fast twitch dominant boxer ofc explosive weight training and sprint intervals is great for my bodytype.

If you think that fight is simply because of 1 mistake then you definitely have a lot to learn about the sport. Explosive weight training and fast twitch? Sounds like you're learning fitness in the internet. Get a real boxing coach. He'll guide you.

Jousha is slow speed and skills are far greater than explosive muscle training , that’s great for football and wrestling though

In my early 20s with nothing to worry about except school I did three sessions a day. Half hour run in the morning, 45 minutes of weights in the afternoon and then an hour of martial arts training in the evening. Got way too tired after a few weeks.

Exactly, and just because Ruiz looks chubby, doesnt mean he doesn't do weights or strength training.

His body is just like that. and he will be fast because his hands are short.
