there's a little ball in your palm that feels like it's full of rubberized pellets. so when you punch and squeeze on it, your forearm muscles connected to your fingers all get a whiff. I feel like it could be improved maybe, these make a huge difference with that fenech arm and shoulder routine because your grip is better strengthened, and the punch outs are more effective at the end.
and just in case a newcomer comes across this, to save you from hunting jeffs routine,
its in my nature to look out for newcomers cause im an electrician. good electricians always leave enough writing on the wall to where the next guy doesnt get zapped. tighten them wirenuts.
