i joined a gym abit ago and went and started trainin,jus randomly wasnt followin eni programme jus wanted sumthin 2 do,i stopped now coz my m8 stopped goin but in the first week i saw changes,obviously its died down now but i jus wanted 2 know wud that of stayed,or was it just the "pump"

I've never threw up but came close once. I had 2 cups of oatmeal and a can of tuna about 30 minutes before going to the gym. Now I eat 1-1.5 hours prior
