I never take to much from peoples pad work for a few reasons but I will commend your mitts guy. He took his mitt work a step further by working your feet. Most of these old ass coaches in the gym have good combo work but dont teach their fighters to move. Your feet should always be quicker and i like how he made u move 1st.
1 recommendation i suggest thats done wonders for range. Put a resistance band between yours and your mitts guys lead leg. Dont leave to much slack, just keep it enough to stay out of range. Have him stalk u than alternate u stalking rd by rd. This will build a lot of confidence in your combination punching.
