    I think a lot of boxing trainers shy away from weights because you need to spend a lot of time training to get big. But if you spend that time training your technique and coordination you will

      I'd encourage you to read more of Baye's work; as he points out, extremely effective strength training can be accomplished in very little time (well under one hour per week).
