How often do you train weekly?

I probably overtrain, but whatever it keeps me from playing an unhealthy amount of video games.
I work out Monday through Thursday , 9 rounds of heavy bag/water bags then hour, hour and a half of weight lifting. It works for me as I've lost 75~ pounds total, I'm down to 210 and working on hitting 205 then 200 but alcohol is my biggest Achilles Heel right now.
