You need to learn how to punch using your legs for more power you need to do bag drills throwing jab right as fast as you can for 30 seconds on 30 second off do 6 reps to increase your speed use resistance bands to increase speed . Watch your stance you need to keep your stance at a 45 degree so you have better balance and you can throw any punch from a 45 degree angle. You also got to imagine slipping punches than going to the body than up top. Get close to the bag as well so you practice inside fighting as well like going to body and practice hooks
Also imagine someone throwing a hook or haymaker and roll left or right with your waist and fire a counter hook or right determine which way you twist your body
