Listen to what your body tells you.

Training every day is a great way of asking for injuries. The smallest of which can really bring a fighter down.

I know, stretch properly every day....etc.

There's a different level when looking at boxing training: What are the blows, that you have taken, doing to your mind.

    But every day?

Every one is different I guess...................Rockin'

To be fair, you are probably right more than 90% of the time. I was familiar with young Tyson's training and assumed that most of the elite trained similarly but no, not Hopkins or Pac or Floyd.

I used to rest mid-week, on Wednesday. Most others rest on Sundays. Some rest the entire weekend.

You need to rest for maintaining good joint and ligament health it's not just about muscle i tend to find.
