Those scales arent accurate at all.
A regular scale and those scales are pretty much even in cost so get it if you like but just know those numbers arent accurate but who really cares, if thats what it takes to motivate you then go for it. However if you have a regular scale and you still wish to track those extra metrics than you can just download an BMI app and it will be just as accurate as those scales because they all work off a formula. Theirs no way standing on a scale can determine your bone density etc and since they cant do that they can never accurately calculate your bmi.

The Great Nash bought one of these scales a few months back. It doesn't even have the decency to give an inaccurate reading. It gives me nothing but weight. Nash was very unhappy with the purchase, but he's not the type of guy to send something back, so he is just stuck with an over expensive weight taker. Nash out.
