            im walkin around 170 dry now without food intake. 173-74 after a full lunch

              Stick with a heavy weight lifting regimen and just be consistent. Also make sure you eating correctly as well

                      I'm 6'1, 172 around 13% body fat I'm tryna be 175-178 below 10% so I can pop out of my shirts a lil. ��
