I love running. Buy a good pair of shoes and replace them every 6 months and you should avoid most knee problems. The problem is when people use the same pair of shoes for years and years. You make your workout as hard as you want it. People that half-ass their workouts are just spinning wheels, why waste your time? MAke it hard.

I tried both and I wanna hear you guys opinions.

I remember seeing one of his guys, a fifteen year old kid named Diego. he had the best straight right cross i've ever seen, in person, from a fighter who wasn't an adult. I remember thinking, 'that little dude is dangerous'Last edited by Warrior Scholar; 05-07-2018, 04:57 PM.

Use running as a supplement to fighting, not a main thing to be taken serious. You know?
Supplements to training...
Weights, calisthenics, swimming, running, biking, all supplements to give you that edge... But the real deal is everything fighting related... Shadow boxing, Heavy bag, Sparring etc. That's what will win you the fight.

When I run, I stay away from that concrete bull****, I go straight to the track lool. and since I don't run everyday, when I do find a place to run, that's probably all my work right there.
I'll miss running days, but I always show up for sparring days. If you aren't down to spar, then you really didn't want it in the first place.Last edited by Ren28; 05-07-2018, 07:22 PM.
