complete newbie and just getting into training. Does anybody have any tips on how to build up my endurance when skipping? I go for about 2mins at the moment and I start to get really tired. I would ideally like to go for 10-15mins but struggle to go much longer than the 2mins at the moment. Any ideas how I can work on this?
