Is my endurance good enough for amateur boxing?

Hello! Recently I've been doing heavy bag work, and jump rope.

I was wondering if my conditioning is good enough for boxing? I've been training for about 5 months.
Overall, my mental toughness is getting quite a bit better

I can hit the bag for 14 rounds, 3 minute rounds, throwing a 4 punch combo every 7 seconds, and I get 1 minute breaks after each round. Which totals to 56 minutes of hitting a bag. Of course, I get tired after about the 9th round.

I can jump rope ~200 reps in the course of 5 minutes, and take no breaks (however, I mess up quite often), as my footwork is improving each time I jump rope.

Hows it looking? Good enough for amateur boxing? I'm just getting into amateur boxing, but I've been self training in boxing for 5 months now.

    My age is 15.

    Thanks!! All feedback is appreciated.

I think that's decent for amateur boxing, especially if you are just starting out.

Now just make sure your skills are on point.

The real test is when you start sparring. You wont know until then.

You can train all you want ,at 15 and no ring experience its impossible to know where your at bc actual in ring experience is where you get to gage your stamina bc that comes with the actual ring experience both sparring and actual matches .

5 month training ? You better be able to do 20 rnds on that Heavybag just to get to 3 rnds in a real fight .And concentrate on technical aspects of the punch more than the punch count ,and being accurate .

Also punching combos every 7 second will only get you in habit of fighting in spurts ,you should also be doing 200 jabs /straight rights and so forth to get used to fighting fluidly .slow the punch count towards the end then do your 7 second in between shots if needed .

You should find a true boxing gym. And talk to trainer and then go from there. Probably work on footwork and stamina first. Then teach you how to properly throw punches. Etc. Go for it man. Dont give up on yourself and make sure to find boxing gym and signup. If you wanna compete youll have a small fee or they may have amateur cards to raise money to help with that and some gear. Good luck man!

Get to a gym. It sounds like your conditioning is solid, but as others have said, you won't truly know until you spar. It takes a lot more out of you when an opponent is in front of you rather than a bag. The good news is you're young, and have time to sharpen your skills. But don't keep self training in boxing for too long, you wanna get into a gym as soon as possible to help break any bad habits you might have. The longer you self train, the harder it will be to break bad habits when you finally decide to step in the boxing gym.

Best of luck to you! Stay focused and keep working hard! And did I mention... Get into a boxing gym ASAP!!!
