this is me just having a light spar tonight, i dont fight or train anymore so no need for the critics ha.
im wearing 18oz gloves, no headgear and this is my 6th and 7th round of sparring, im 58kg and he 60 but fighting around the same. im not really hitting him but just mostly moving.
im coaching at the moment so no need for me to be flat out or trying to hurt someone.
