So I currently am training about 1 and half to 2 hours Monday to Friday sometimes just Monday to Thursday In boxing class but I'm trying to constantly improve so what can I do at home ? I have a water bag the one that sits on the ground and skipping rope. I usually just run and hit the bag at home and skip but can anyone recommend a routine for the weekend to keep busy ?

Have you outside space? Invest in a running ladder (15-20) on Amazon and work on foot speed, lots of good deep stretching over the weekend, get on your skipping rope, pylometric push ups in the garden

Have no regrets in investing in my ladder, nice and cheap and great piece of kit
Chuck it on the floor width ways in front of you. Get in your stance and move in and out, in and out all the way down the ladder, then go back the other way, start slow, move those feet well and pick up the pace.
Then Bunny hops down the ladder, both ways until you get bored, then speed feet down so both feet in each box and move forward nice and sharp on your toes until you get bored, finish with 15 minutes (3x5) on the rope. You'll be twinkle toes by the end, and be able to glide on your toes after a few weeks
