Is it a marked fight?? In other words do you have to produce your book and will it go towards your record.
If not,then it's not a tournament.!
If it's a fight,but not marked, that's an exhibition!
If it's 2 rounds, that's not a fight nor tournament, that is a light sparring session

My hunch is that you're not losing as much weight as you could be because of the sugars in that Banana Shake.
If it's an organic banana shake it has a lot of natural sugars, and if it's not organic it probably has a lot of sugar added into it.
Now I'm no expert but purely based on my experience dieting, losing weight and not having much energy go hand in hand. The body burns sugar before fat, so if you're keeping your energy levels up with sugar then you won't be burning as much fat as you could be. Of course the downside to completely cutting out carbs and sugar means that eventually after a few days you will start to feel tired and dizzy, in which case you get a boost from a day of eating a proper meal with enough carbs, then go back to the strict diet.
I've heard that if you fight through the fatigue your body will enter ketosis where it's running on fat and you're supposed to feel very energetic, but I don't think I've got that far yet.
As for food or a snack to eat, can you get strips of dried squid in Korea? It's full of protein and as far as I know, has little or no carbs. It's also quite filling. Again I don't recommend eating nothing but dried squid for two weeks, but breaking it up with days where you eat a proper meal.Last edited by AaronJW; 05-10-2017, 10:02 AM.

Yes, they have dried squid, but I am allergic to seafood. I was thinking of getting a kimbab in the morning and eating a slice every hour through the day. a kimbab is like a California roll. Rice, ham, radish, carrot, egg, and a few other things rolled up in dried seaweed then sliced.
I never saw good results from low carb diets. 100% of the people put on all the weight plus change within weeks of stopping their diet. Low calorie diets are the only ones that I have seen that had any lasting effect.

65Kg is only a welterweight (less than top welterweight limit)
