i know these are cool downs but rotation is key, you still need to keep good form in cool down otherwise muscle memory will holding you to ongoing poor form.
Rotate with the hips through your punches, sit down on them more, bend your knees a little more and you will find this easier.
Head movement, little slips here and there is needed.
You load up on your punches too much which results in you telegraphing. Try to keep the arc of your punches small. I wanna see more crisp punches, you're pushing the punches and it results in lag when you return the hands to your guard. Make sure your hand return to guard twice as fast as you throw them. When throwing straights and jabs, I imagine there's an invisible rubber string that pulls my hands right back to my chin. Be more on your toes and really turn into your punches and pull them right back. This is general advice, your ones and twos in the beginning seemed fine but when you started throwing hooks and heavier combos, your hip rotation and attention to guard decrease dramatically. Take your time with the hooks and make sure your arms go back to neutral before firing off the next punch. The linking from punch to punch will become more fluid once you sharpen up your form and make those arcs small. Your progress looks good so far. Keep it up.
Good improvement from the first to the second video, but as stated up there, put some more snap into to punches and work on that footwork. Don't cross your legs specially when you're moving to the left. Keep it up!
