Questions On Boxing Overseas

These little questions bug me, so I thought only you guys could answer these
1) What it takes for a boxer to sign a contract with a foreign boxing promoter?
2) Assuming that you don't have a professional boxing licence and you don't want to take the licence your home country gives, can any other counrty licence you for boxing in their country?
To make it easier: Let's say I'm living in Kenya and I'm not planning to fight in Kenya as a professional for my own sake and don't get their professional boxing licence. Me a Kenian, planning to find a promoter/manager in Germany and fight there. The question is that, even though I'm not a Germany citizen, can I get a professional boxing licence in Germany to be able to fight there?
Just like the Margarito situation. He wasn't an American citizen, his licence was cancelled by America or to fight in America, I believe he still could fight in Mexico, and the state of Texas gave him licence later on.

You need to be a citizen,
In other words hold an address at the said place....
But you won't get anywhere amateur or professional without documents, for example birth cert,passport etc...

You will most likely have to have at least a few amateur fights as it will be taken into consideration when applying for a professional license, you will have to submit you amateur record and book.

If you find a promoter and manager, don't expect to get paid much, in fact don't expect to get more than 200€ starting out...
You will be fighting on a fight by fight basis, and on commission. For example how well the show done,and how many tickets you sold.
Don't be delusional thinking you can go and get big or even fair money starting out, doesn't work that way, you have to sell the tickets yourself,do your own training and so on....

Also to get a professional license you must also have a proper medical done...although this changes from country to country, a CT scan will probably be involved and the state or anyone else will not pay for it,and it will cost around €1000.....altogether your looking at €2000 invested before you even get a license...not including your flight over,accommodation,gym time,and supporting yourself in general....

The only way a lot of the fees are bypassed is if a promoter approaches you...which really only happens at world and Olympic level

Thanks, great advice. I just wanted to know if I had any chances of fighting for some money in future, nothing big. I just didn't want to get involved in it here, there isn't any already or Z level shid. I'd rather stay a gym rat.
And the amateur tournament here is corrupted to the boots. Last year our Kazakh HW KO'd cold one of them, like 40 secs later the ref told our guy not to leave the ring bcz the guy might got up and fight continue.
I've worked and learned in our collage gym, ppl training are mostly Caucasians or Central Asian guys and other experienced former gym **** or former coaches, no one gets paid. Never had an amateur fight but fought with these guys and taught by them and feel lucky for that.
And they (Eastern block ) are allowed to fight here somehow, all day have is a student's visa to stay here, some even get paid in some basement level pro shid.
I'll be moving to Austria or Germany in a few months for my final year, as an exchange student, and wanted to know if I had the same chance, maybe to participate in amateurs, I found a club there.

Shid, been checking amateur tournaments papers and rules and needed documents for 2 to 3 hours know and the shid is an endless well, dropped a stone and still in he air. AIBA this and that, local shid, shid happening in Arabia for some reason, tournament in Azarbayjan for what? Plus I always heard the judges were ***ned up but never cared before, watching them was shocking :O They go overseas and come back here and there, lose weight stay hungry. And they do it for free nope, danksss.
